Limited Enrollment by Week and Age Group
IDEAS Camps limits enrollment in each weekly session and age group to protect program quality, safety, and the camper experience. Popular weeks may fill, so families should register promptly once the 2027 link becomes available.
2027 Multiweek and Family Savings
Program discounts are calculated per registrant. Discounts cannot be layered or combined.
Bronze
Enroll the same camper in 2 one-week sessions.
Silver
Enroll the same camper in 3–4 one-week sessions.
Gold
Enroll the same camper in 5 or more one-week sessions.
Sibling Savings
Available for additional siblings. Contact Camper Care before registering for the required code.
Group Savings
Available for groups of 8 or more separate families registering together. Contact us before enrollment.
FREE Extended Care
Morning and afternoon extended care are included with weekly tuition.
Savings apply only to eligible camp tuition. Sibling, group, promotional, and multiweek discounts may not be combined. Group savings remain subject to program availability.

Registration, Discount and Post-Registration Policies
The policies below preserve the terms currently approved for IDEAS Camps while presenting them in a clearer format.
Registration and Payment
Payment methods, deposit and April 1 balance
The secure online registration platform accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. E-check is not accepted.
A 33% non-refundable deposit is required for each session to secure a camper’s place.
- Before April 1: Pay in full or pay the 33% per-session deposit.
- On April 1: The remaining balance is charged to the original credit card.
- After April 1: The full balance is due at checkout.
IDEAS Camps reserves the right to charge the card on file for outstanding balances after April 1.
Online registration: what to expect
Please allow approximately 10 minutes per camper. The process gathers information needed for camper safety and care, including allergies, parent or guardian information, an outside emergency contact, medical and insurance information, and a current head-and-shoulders camper photo.
An untouched registration page may time out after approximately 15 minutes, and an incomplete registration may not be saved. Please gather the needed information before beginning.
Using an existing camp credit
Contact Camper Care before registering if you want to apply an existing credit. The online checkout system may not allow families to redeem credits without assistance. All credits remain subject to the Credit Policy below.
Already registered?
Families may return to their account to view or print a statement, register additional campers or sessions, and update camper information. Contact Camper Care whenever assistance is needed.
Discounts
Multiweek enrollment discounts
- Bronze: 3% for 2 sessions per registrant.
- Silver: 5% for 3–4 sessions per registrant.
- Gold: 7% for 5 or more sessions per registrant.
Multiweek discounts are calculated per registrant, not per family.
5% sibling discount
Pay full tuition for the first family member for a one-week session, and additional siblings may each receive a 5% discount. Contact Camper Care before registering for the required sibling coupon code.
Sibling discounts cannot be combined with multiweek discounts. If siblings each enroll in multiple sessions, the automatically applied multiweek discount may be more favorable.
10% group discount
A group is 8 or more separate families registering together; families do not need to choose the same program or week. Contact Camper Care before online enrollment to obtain a group code. Group discounts are subject to program availability.
Discount restrictions
Discounts cannot be combined with another discount or promotion. Discounts apply only to eligible camp-program tuition and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to unrelated services.
Cancellation, Transfers, Waitlists and Credits
Non-transferable registrations, discounts and credits
Discounts, registrations and credits are non-transferable except when an approved transfer is made to a sibling under the policies below.
If IDEAS Camps cancels a session
If IDEAS Camps cancels a program, families registered in that program receive a full refund, including the deposit.
Cancellation policy
If a family cancels before April 1: The 33% per-session deposit is non-refundable. If tuition was paid in full, IDEAS Camps refunds tuition less the 33% per-session deposit.
If a family cancels after April 1: Payments are non-refundable. When written notice is received at least 14 days before the session begins, a family may request an available date transfer, an eligible sibling transfer, or a credit for the next calendar year, subject to the policies below.
Cancellations within 14 days of the session start date receive no refund, transfer, or future credit. Participants who do not attend and do not provide the required written notice receive no refund or credit.
For recordkeeping, cancellation requests must be emailed to info@ideassummercamps.com and include the parent or guardian name, camper name, program, current dates, and requested action.
Transfer to another session date
A family may request a date transfer by emailing Camper Care at least 14 days before the session being changed. Transfers are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. A transfer cannot be completed within the 14-day window or into a program that is already full.
Waitlist policy
When a session is full, families may join the waitlist. Openings are offered in the order families joined. If a family does not respond within the deadline stated in the phone, voicemail, or email notice, Camper Care may contact the next family.
The waitlist closes 10 days before the session begins. Families will receive an email when a waitlisted session can no longer accept additional campers. Requests to leave a waitlist must be emailed to Camper Care.
Credit policy
A family may request a credit for the next calendar year only when written cancellation notice is received at least 14 days before the session begins. Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, transferred to another family, or exchanged for financial consideration.
If IDEAS Camps cannot offer a future program because of circumstances beyond its control—including emergencies that prevent safe operation or the loss or unavailability of a facility—previously issued credits expire and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
