Registration Details

Payment Method and Deposit Options:

Our secure online registration platform accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept e-check.

To secure your camper’s spot, we require a per session, 25% non-refundable deposit.

BEFORE April 20th
Upon checkout you will have the option to either:

  1. Pay your balance in full; or
  2. Pay a 25% per session deposit

On April 20th, the remaining tuition balance will be charged to the same credit card you originally used when you first registered.

AFTER April 20th
Upon checkout your only option is to pay your balance in full.

Please Note:
IDEAS Summer Camps reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for outstanding balances after April 20th.

Online Registration: What To Expect

IDEAS Camps uses Active Network’s secure registration system to process all camp transactions. Active is a global company known as a leader in simplicity, security and privacy. Our company has used the Active platform for well over a decade without experiencing any problems.

Please expect the registration process to take approximately 10 minutes per camper. We apologize in advance for the required time commitment, however please trust we need to gather important information to ensure the safety and enjoyment of your child when the camp season begins. We ask many questions due to safety, allergies, parent/guardian’s information and third party emergency contact information. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you need assistance at any time, contact us.

Important Note:
The online enrollment process will “time-out” on you if you happen to leave one of the pages untouched for longer than 15 minutes (this applies only to a page, not the entire flow of the registration process. Unfortunately, there is not a save button, so please keep the time limit in mind. 

To expedite your registration experience, please have all relevant information on hand before you register. This information includes but is not limited to: family doctor name and contact information. Insurance provider name and policy number. Emergency contact information (outside the immediate family) of friends or family. Lastly, please prepare to upload a digital shoulder/headshot picture of your camper(s) for security purposes.

Contact Us To Redeem and Apply a Credit

Unfortunately, our online registration system may not allow you to redeem your credit during the checkout process.  

Therefore, if you have a credit and you would like to apply the credit to your camp balance, it is imperative that you contact us PRIOR to registering for camp. If you need assistance with this process, contact us.

Waitlist Policy

Due to the increase in demand and since IDEAS Camps do sell out, our enrollment team will open a waiting list once a weekly program reaches full capacity. If a spot opens, a member of our enrollment team will contact you prior to moving you from the waitlist and into the camp session. You will have 3 days to respond and commit, before we move on to the next camper. Campers will be chosen from the waitlist in order and based upon the waitlist registration date. Therefore, we do encourage you do register and join the waitlist. There is no charge to join the waitlist.

Discounts and Cancellation Policy

The more weeks you enroll in IDEAS Camps the more you save!

The average IDEAS Camps enrollment, per participant, is three one-week sessions. Discounts are available for all IDEAS Summer Camp Programs. All discounts are calculated per registrant, not per family.

Multiple Week Enrollment Discounts

Receive a 5% discount: Enroll In 2 or more sessions per registrant.

Receive a 7% discount: Enroll In 3-5 or more sessions per registrant.

Receive a 10% discount: Enroll In 6+ or more sessions per registrant.

*session discounts calculated per registrant, not per family.

5% Sibling Discount

Pay full tuition for the first family member for a one-week session and siblings 2, 3, etc. will each receive a 5% discount. To receive the enrollment discounts above, you must enroll for any and all one-week sessions in the same transaction. Please contact us before you register to receive your sibling discount coupon code, since it will not automatically apply during the checkout process.

 

Important Note:

The sibling discount coupon code may only be applied when two or more siblings each register for any one-week session. Why? If siblings are going to enroll in two or more sessions each, then the 5% discount is more favorable and automatically will be applied during the checkout process.

10% Group Discount

Groups are defined as 8+ separate families (not individual campers) all enrolling together at the same time – enrolling in the same program or the same week is not required.

Please contact us PRIOR to enrolling online in order to take advantage of the 10% discount. Your group will receive a special coupon code for use during checkout. The Group discount is available all summer long, but only available if the chosen program is not at capacity. Please contact us for additional information.

Discount Policies and Restrictions

Discounts may not be combined or used in conjunction with any other Rancho Camps promotion. Discounts are only applicable towards the cost of a camp program and may not be applied to extended care, bus services (if applicable) or any other unrelated or extra (not included) direct program-tuition costs.

Refund Protection, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

If IDEAS Camps Cancels A Camp Session, You Will Receive a Full Refund Including Your Deposit

Due to the limited availability and the popularity of the IDEAS Summer Camp Programs, there are no refunds for any IDEAS Programs. We are sorry, but there are no exceptions, but one: the only exception is if IDEAS Camps cancels a camp session, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

Non-Transferable

Discounts, registrations or credits are non-transferable unless the recipient is a sibling.

Refund Protection

If IDEAS Camps cancels a program for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

Please note that in the past, we have only cancelled a program for two reasons:

  1. The program had extremely low enrollment.
  2. The camp location and/or environment was unsafe to operate a camp.
Transfer To Another Session Date

Provided you email us two-weeks in advance, you may change the date of the session you enrolled your camper(s). Transferring to another session is permitted so long as the newly-chosen session has not reached full capacity.

Cancellation Policy

If IDEAS Camps Cancels Camp

IDEAS Camps reserves the right to cancel any program at anytime.

If IDEAS Camps cancels a program for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

Please note that in the past, we have only cancelled a program for two reasons:

  1. The program had extremely low enrollment.
  2. The camp location and/or environment was unsafe to operate a camp.

If a Camp Family Cancels Camp

If, after you register, you decide to cancel a camp session(s), you will not receive a refund for your per-session, non-refundable deposit (collected during the registration process).

If You Cancel Camp BEFORE May 1: 

  1. If you only paid a per-session deposit, this deposit is non-refundable. Thefore, when you cancel your camp you forfeit your deposit since it is non-refundable.
  2. If you elected to pay in full at the time of registration THEN IDEAS Camps will refund your full tuition less the 25% deposit per enrolled session (which was paid for and included in at the time of your original regsitration and payment).
  3. In other words, you are not penalized for paying in full during initial registration before May 1.

If You Cancel Camp AFTER May 1:

We are sorry, but IDEAS Camps does not provide any refunds after May 1. Your entire payment, after May 1, is non-refundable. You may elect to transfer your camp session to another date or transfer your camp slot to a sibling, but those are the only options.

If You Do Not Show Up At Camp

No Show; No Communication: 

Participants who do not attend their registered session (for any reason) or who do not contact IDEAS Camps 14 days in advance of the cancellation to request a same-camp season date transfer, will not receive a refund.
